Business Brain questions, answered.
Straight answers about the Gavari AI Business Brain: what it is, what it costs, how fast it installs, what it needs from you, and what happens after you request your free AI Visibility Check. Every answer has a short video.
- What is a Business Brain?A private AI system installed inside your business and trained on your numbers, prices, jobs, and customers. It catches the calls you'd miss, chases unpaid invoices, finds new work, and reports back every morning. Its job is revenue.
- What does a Business Brain cost? The AI Visibility Check is free. The full diagnostic is $499 and credits in full toward setup. The first five installs are founding installs at $12,500; after those five, the standard install is $25,000.
- Do you need my data or passwords? No. The free check uses only public information, and the diagnostic is just conversations and counts. No passwords, no bank access, no customer list. When the Brain is installed it starts read-only and earns access in stages you can pull back anytime.
- What happens if the system breaks? The system watches itself around the clock. If something hiccups, it flags the problem and reroutes your calls straight to your normal line automatically. The Brain sits in layers on top of the tools you already use, so nothing goes dark and you hold the switch.
- How fast can a Business Brain be installed?Days, not months. The Brain connects to what you already use, your services and prices are loaded in, and nothing goes live until it's tested with you. Most businesses are live inside the first week.
- Why not just use ChatGPT myself? You can, and for questions it's great. But a chat window doesn't answer your phone at 9 PM, know your prices, chase an unpaid invoice, or remember yesterday. The Brain is installed in your operation and connected to your actual work.
- Will AI replace my staff? No. The Brain takes the work nobody has time for: the missed call, the follow-up that never happened, the review nobody asked for. Complaints, refunds, pricing, and judgment calls are never automated. It makes a small team produce like a big one.
- How is a Business Brain different from an answering service? An answering service takes a message, and that's it. The Brain does the work after the message: it books the job, sends the text-back, follows up on the quote, asks for the review, and flags bids that are due. It knows your prices, service areas, and rules.
- Do I have to get on a sales call? No. You get the free check, read the diagnostic, watch the walkthrough, see the price in writing, and decide. Everything is on paper, at your pace. You never have to get on a call to buy from Gavari.
- What happens after I request my free AI Visibility Check? The moment you submit, the Brain checks your website, Google presence, and reviews, and whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini name you or your competitors. The check is delivered within 5 minutes. No sales call, no pressure.

Hey, I'm Gregory. I run Gavari AI. I talk to business owners every day who are buried — chasing leads, returning calls, hunting down invoices — doing everything except the work they started the business to do. So I built something for that. It's called the Business Brain. It catches the leads, follows up, chases the money — it keeps the revenue moving while you get back to running your business. And back to your life.
